If you are interested in enrolling your child/children in our school a list of required forms and a tuition schedule is below. There is a $150 non-refundable registration fee for each new student, regardless of grade. The registration must be paid when the forms are submitted for consideration.

Parent Volunteer/ Share Hour Agreement
Before-and-After School (BASC) Form
Copy of Current Immunization Form
School Supplies Order Form (if desired)
Sealed Transcript from Previous School (does not apply to Kindergarten) Letter of Recommendation (for transferred students)

One Child $4,500.00 per year ($450.00 per month – 10 months)
Two Children $ 8300.00 per year ($830.00 per month)
Three Children $11,500.00 per year ($1,150.00 per month)
Four Children $14,200.00 per year ($1,420.00 per month)

Payment in Full. Payment may be made in full at the beginning of the school year.
Ten (10) Month Payment Plan. Total tuition will be divided into 10 equal payments, with the first payment due June 10, 2009. The remaining nine payments shall be made monthly from September 2009 through May 2010.
Financial Aid. A limited amount of financial aid is available for those in need. Please contact the office for an application.
Special Financial Aid. There are occasionally grants and other assistance available for special circumstances and needs that might not be reflected in tax forms (illness, change in jobs, laid off, re-training, etc). You may write a letter stating your need and this will be kept in a confidential file.

Tuition payments are to be received in the SEAS School Office prior to the 10th day of the month. Payments received after the 10th of any month will result in a $25 late fee.
