SEAS is a Catholic school for students in Kindergarten through Grade 6. St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School is a parish school that was established in 1980 under the auspices of the Archdiocese of Anchorage. SEAS School was accredited in 2002. SEAS is located in south Anchorage, Alaska, at 2901 Huffman Road . We are limited in size and offer only one class per grade and a full-day Kindergarten. We are very fortunate to be able to maintain an excellent pupil/teacher ratio.

At SEAS, we strive to provide a friendly, caring and supportive atmosphere where our children are challenged, safe and cared for by both the school staff and the community. We seek to provide sound religious, academic and developmental programs centered in the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. Our students are motivated, cooperative and well-behaved.

Our students receive a traditional elementary instructional program which includes language arts and literature (reading, writing, listening, speaking), mathematics, social studies, science and health, spelling and vocabulary, physical education, music (vocal and appreciation), Spanish, library and computers. We have a full-time librarian, music and physical education teacher.

Religious instruction provides a Christian awareness and knowledge and appreciation of our sound Catholic faith. We teach our students to treat each other with kindness and model behavior that reflects our Catholic beliefs. We offer daily religion classes and join St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Mass each Tuesday. Students are very involved and assist in the liturgy as altar servers, cantors and readers during the Mass. Students are also given opportunities to help others in our community through service projects.

We have a quality dedicated staff, a disciplined and loving environment and wonderful parent support and interaction. The SEAS faculty and staff constantly seek new ways to make our school exciting and a better learning experience for our students. SEAS parents are actively involved in our school and in the education of their children.
