If you are interested in enrolling your child/children in our school a list of required forms and a tuition schedule is below. There is a $150 non-refundable registration fee for each new student, regardless of grade. The registration must be paid when the forms are submitted for consideration.
Required Paperwork For Admission
• New Family Registration Form
• Parent Volunteer/ Share Hour Agreement
• Before-and-After School (BASC) Form
• Copy of Child's Birth Certificate
• Copy of Child's Baptismal (if applicable)
• Copy of Current Shot Record (including a Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B
immunization. A PPD Tuberculin Test, within 90 days of Kindergarten entry
is required.)
• Sealed Transcript from Previous School (does not apply to Kindergarten)
• Letter of Recommendation (for transferred students)
